Our History
WORLD CLASS MINIATURE HORSE REGISTRY INC. was founded in 1995, to fill the need for an “ Open Registry Period,”
to provide registration services to the many miniature horse breeders that were protesting new DNA requirements by one Registry and the “Open Registry Period,” recently closed by another Registry. There are many miniature horses with top blood lines that may not have their pedigrees listed on their certificates of registration. We have kept Hardship Registration
fees very low because the majority of these horses are extraordinary.
We combined forms to lessen the work for miniature horse owners and we offered Online Registrations in 2010.
